Providing personal data by the Customer is voluntary, however, the lack of consent to the processing of personal data by the Store may prevent the Store from providing services electronically and making purchases by the Customer in the Store.

Purpose and legal basis of personal data processing. We process personal data required to legitimise, perform or process our service offering using Article 6, section 1b GDPR as our legal basis. If we use external service providers as part of commissioned data processing, the legal basis for the processing shall be Article 28 GDPR.

Upon placing the order, the Customer agrees to the processing of his personal data necessary for the implementation of electronic payments related to the order via the DotPay platform. If you choose the delivery method using the “DPD” delivery service, the personal data of customers will also be processed by DPD Polska Sp. z o.o with headquarters in Warsaw, Mineralna 15 (02-274), in order to provide services by DPD Polska Sp. z o.o

  • in connection with handling complaints and returns resulting from the concluded sales contract;
